Private Label & Custom Soap Overview The popularity of Soap Vision “Custom Soap” has been growing fast. In order to accommodate a wider market we have lowered the minimum order quantity to 50 bars. Soap Vision can place your text/graphics in a bar of high quality, vegetable glycerin soap tailored to your custom specifications. A toy can also be added (we have hundreds of toy variations in stock!) for a surcharge of .10 per bar. We have many soap sizes and shapes in stock that will have a slight effect on the pricing below including heart, round, rectangle, mini. Requirements: Camera ready art in an Illustrator or Photo Shop file, P.C. format. Graphic can be emailed to: mario@soapvision.com or surface mailed to Soap Vision on a floppy or CD if over 8 mb. In the absence of an electronic file we can scan in a photo or may be able to produce art based on a verbal description or concept drawing (additional charges may apply). Adhesive Labels: Can be printed in house, pricing will vary on size/color Pricing: Minimum product order: $125.00 Setup Fees: (one time per design) $150.00 for color print $75.00 for black print. Bar Cost Standard size bar with color print (apx. 4 oz.): $2.75 ea. Standard size bar with black print (apx. 4 oz.): $2.60 ea. Price includes clear or colored soap, packaging, fragrance from inventory or unscented. Custom fragrances also available at an additional cost. Volume discounts: 5% off for orders of 500 to 1,000 bars 10% off for orders over 1,000 bars Turn Around Time/payment terms Initial Prototype: Apx. 1 week after prepayment of setup fee and receipt graphic file (300dpi for best resolution). Bars shipped: Apx. 1 week after prototype approval and 50% prepayment of production. The balance of your invoice (including shipping cost) is prepaid when your order is shipped.
